Portuguese Milk & Cinnamon Tart..

Hi all,

For me, baking is my passion. I could bake all day, every day, that's how much I love it.
So, why not bake while on holiday too? We were in sunny Portugal when this video was filmed and it was my partner Roy's idea to bake something traditional where ever in the world we will be from now on.
So that's how this tart came about, very easy to make, not too fussy either and the taste was quite nice.
Very eggy, but most portuguese desserts are like this.
